Alexander Loeb, DDS

Dr. Alexander Loeb was born and raised in Westchester County, NY. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Quinnipiac University, he then completed his dental school training at NYU where he was a part of the Implant Honors program. He then continued his education at NYU to complete his Periodontics residency, where he was trained to handle all aspects of periodontics and implant dentistry including periodontal therapy, periodontal plastic surgery, dental implants, extractions, sinus lifts and bone grafting.

Dr. Loeb has advanced training in the LANAP protocol, an alternative to traditional periodontal surgery. The LANAP protocol is a laser-based treatment for gum disease. There is no cutting and suturing with the LANAP protocol. Patients typically report less pain and discomfort during and after the procedure, compared to traditional periodontal surgery. This patient friendly procedure helps you get healthy again comfortably, without fear. Generally, the LANAP protocol is less invasive than traditional surgery and helps maintain a beautiful smile. Outside of work, Dr. Loeb enjoys spending time with his Wife, Daughter, family and friends and enjoys boating, fishing and traveling the world.
